How pricing works

Prices aren't printed on this site. They are Resin's own, and the booking page shows them before you confirm.

  • What decides the price

    A visit's price follows the service, how long it takes and what you add. The booking page shows it when you choose a service.

    • The area, and its time on the menu

    • Add-ons, such as a brow tint or a soothing mask

    • Whether you book as a family block

    • Nothing is added on the day without asking you first

  • What the consultation covers

    A first visit starts with a short talk: what you'd like done, what you've used and anything we should plan around. It is part of your booked time and is not a separate charge.

  • Deposits

    Family blocks of three or more people and the Classic facial take a deposit to hold the time. It goes toward your services and is not an extra charge. The booking page shows it.

  • Canceling or running late

    Give 24 hours' notice to cancel or move a visit and your deposit stays with your booking. Later than that, or a missed visit, and the deposit is kept.

  • Add-ons and changes on the day

    A brow tint or a soothing mask is added when you ask. Each lists its own time, and the booking page shows its price. We agree an add-on with you before we do it.

  • Tipping

    Tips are welcome and never expected. You can add one when you pay, at the desk or on the booking page.

  • Gift cards and packages

    Gift cards are bought online for any amount and used on any service, on any day we're open. They don't expire during the year they're bought.
