Your first visit
What happens, in order
Allow about 15 minutes more than your service takes, to check in and settle.
- 01
Step 1: Book a time, or walk in
Choose a service on the booking page, or call. For brows, lip, chin and underarms you can walk in Tuesday to Saturday. For everyone else, a time is held for you.
- 02
Step 2: Arrive and check in
Suite 110 is on the ground floor of the plaza on Mason Road, and parking is in the lot in front. Check in at the desk and fill in a short form on a tablet. It asks your name and how to reach you.
- 03
Step 3: In the room
Your esthetician tells you each step before she does it, tests the wax on her own wrist and uses a new spatula for every pass. Tell her if anything is too much and she'll pause.
- 04
Step 4: Before you leave
She goes over what to do for the next two days, and you can book the next visit at the desk. The usual gap for most areas is four to six weeks.
